
Roman Architectural Sketchbook Exhibition
In July a group of eleven Fine Arts students from the University of Newcastle participated in the Roman Architectural Sketchbook course in Rome, arranged by AIM Overseas. During the three week course students used the historical buildings of the city as source material for their art works.
From the 14th August they are participating in an exhibition displaying some of the drawing, photography and sculptural work produced as a result of this experience at Watt Space Gallery. The exhibition was opened by Rob Malecki, CEO of AIM (Australian Institute for Mobility) who have kindly agreed to sponsor this event.

Gallery hours are 11am - 5pm Wednesday to Sunday or by appointment.
