The University of Newcastle Melbourne Alumni Chapter invites you to join graduate and ABC 774's Lindy Burns for an evening debate featuring a panel of Alumni Thought Leaders.

One of Australia's senior radio broadcasters, Evenings Presenter on 774 ABC Melbourne and ABC Victoria, Lindy Burns will be joined by Vice-Chancellor Professor Caroline McMillen, Paralympian Heath Francis OAM, multiple award winning author, editor and critic Dr Janeen Webb, 13th Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne Archbishop Phillip Freier, and Director of Propellor Studio Ewan McEoin.

The panel will be debating three topics: Bricks and Mortar education is the past - online learning on a smart phone is the way of the future, Newcastle has a sense of community - Melbourne doesn't and True or False: Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don't.

This is a FREE event.  Registration is essential. Dress is cocktail or business attire.
