
Iconic Pianist to Perform at the Jean Bogan Concert
Australian pianist and composer Michael Harvey is bringing his special talents to the Conservatorium of Music to perform the winning compositions in the Jean Bogan Prize for Piano Composition.
Harvey's passion and support for Australian music makes him one of the most exciting exponents of contemporary music in the country. His performance at the Jean Bogan concert promises to be a memorable night. Harvey will be performing compositions by finalists Mark Isaacs, Adrian Pertout and Natalie Matias.
The Jean Bogan Prize recognises an original and outstanding solo composition by an Australian composer. It was established by Mr Laurence Charles Bogan as a memorial to his wife and her love for the piano.
This event is open to the public. Admission is FREE.
