
Friends of the University Presents Lunch with a Crime Writer
One of Australia's most popular crime writers, Michael Robotham, will talk about his new thriller Say You're Sorry at the Friends of the University Lunch with a Writer to be held at the Travelodge on Friday, November 9.
The novel, Michael's 8th in the crime genre, is a chilling and heart stopping story set in and around Oxford about the search for the torturer and killer of a young girl.
Formerly a journalist with the Fairfax Press in Sydney and Melbourne, Michael travelled to London and got a job on Fleet Street in 1986. He returned to Australia in 1996 with his family and has been writing full time since then.
He has twice won the Best Novel, Ned Kelly Award for Crime Writing and has been short listed for the UK Crime Writers' Association CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger Award for Best Thriller for his novel Shatter.
