2013 is already looking like another exciting year of exhibitions at the University Gallery. The 2013 Gallery calendar will feature post graduate exhibitions from Marika Osmotherley, Nadia Waters, Andy Collis, Caelli Jo Brooker, Prue Sailor, Sandra Burgess, Roger Hanley and Grant Vercoe, along with a diverse range of curated and touring exhibitions including Spirit and Flesh: Kurt Schranzer and Terry Burrows, Coal and Community: People and Place, WAAP 2013 and much more.
First up for the year, join Master of Philosophy candidates Marika Osmotherley (Fine Art) and Nadia Waters (Natural History Illustration) as they celebrate their examination exhibitions Lightness of Being and Waterlines -the Art of Science and Creativity on Saturday 2 February at 3pm.
From 20 February Associate Lecturer Jonathan James will show his printmaking work in the exhibition Stock Image, alongside Sydney artists Kurt Schranzer and Terry Burrows with their thought provoking exhibition Spirit and Flesh. Meet the artists and join them for a drink at the official opening on Saturday 23 February at 3pm.
Both exhibitions are open to the public. Entry is free.
