Australia Post's Community Relations Program - Our Neighbourhood, aims to build better communities through a range of initiatives and local grants and ultimately create healthier, more vibrant and inclusive communities.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply for a one-off cash grant payment between $1,000 and $25,000.

Applications close on Friday, 28 June.
