At the University of Newcastle, we know how passionate our staff are about providing our students with an outstanding learning experience; achieving excellence in teaching and through research and studies.  We strongly believe in reviewing our business practices in an effort to continue improving the quality of our services in these areas.

In support of these objectives, Innovation@UoN has been established to provide an interactive forum for you to share and access ideas, stories, tools and news about innovation and continuous improvement.

Progress is already being made across the University to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to promote the following key goals:

  • improve existing services and processes
  • create and initiate practices that improve the customer experience
  • inspire a culture of continuous improvement
  • motivate, empower and enable staff to continually seek and implement ways to "Do it better".
