Offered through the Faculty of Science and Information Technology, the Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition (Honours) has a research focus allowing you to further develop your specific areas of interest while also providing a pathway into research higher degree study.

This one year full-time (or equivalent part-time) degree provides an extension to the Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition and is offered at the Central Coast campus at Ourimbah.

APPLY FOR HONOURS

You usually apply for Honours in the final year of your undergraduate degree. To be accepted for entry you must have successfully completed a Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition or equivalent with a credit grade point average (GPA).
