What you will study

What you will studyThe Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety program is multi-disciplinary. You will study:

  • applied sciences relevant to environment and occupational health
  • occupational safety and applied engineering
  • environmental and occupational health and safety professional practice
  • environmental and occupational health and safety law and regulation in Singapore
  • environmental and occupational health and safety management

In addition, some courses cover content from across the broad field of Singaporean and global environmental and occupational health and safety policy and practice.

Flexible Delivery

The environmental and occupational health and safety degree is designed for students who have already achieved the equivalent of first year study through previous tertiary education and are in full-time work, who wish to study during the day or evening.

The program of study is therefore designed as a 1.5 year full-time, or equivalent part-time, program and is comprised of 16 courses (160 units) of study.
