Changing your enrolment
You can change your enrolment details in myHub through myUoN.
You can add courses to your degree through myHub up until 11:59pm of the Friday of Week two of semester or trimester. After this time, you can apply for late enrolment (PDF, 143KB) and you'll be sent an email letting you know if you're successful. This must be lodged before the census date.
Withdrawing from courses
Without financial penalty
You can withdraw from a course without financial penalty on or before the census date. If you withdraw after these dates, it's considered you have been enrolled in the course, and will be liable for HECS-HELP payment or degree fee. See below for these dates:
1 courses: 31 March 2014
Semester 2 courses: 30 August 2014
Trimester 1 courses: 24 February 2014
Trimester 2 courses: 16 June 2014
Trimester 3 courses: 29 September 2014
Without academic penalty
You can withdraw from a course without academic penalty on or before the following dates:
1 courses: 13 June 2014
Semester 2 courses: 7 November 2014
Trimester 1 courses: 2 May 2014
Trimester 2 courses: 14 August 2014
Trimester 3 courses: 28 November 2014
Withdrawing from courses involving placements
Other than in exceptional circumstances approved by your Head of School, you can't withdraw from a placement or a course containing a placement after the date outlined in the Course Outline. See the Student Placement Policy for more information.
