Changing your enrolment
You can only enrol in courses that contribute to your current degree program. For information on courses that contribute to your degree program, refer to your program plan and your program handbook.
You can change your enrolment details in myHub through myUoN.
Last day to add courses in myHub
You can add courses to your degree program through myHub up until 11:59pm of the Friday of Week Two of semester or trimester. After this time, you can apply for late enrolment (PDF, 143KB) and you'll be sent an email letting you know if you're successful. This must be lodged before the Census date. You can add enrolment in myHub in Summer or Winter terms until the dates listed below.

Trimester 3: 15 September 2017
Summer 1: 2 December 2016

Withdrawing from courses
(not involving placements)
Without financial penalty
You can withdraw from a course without financial penalty on or before 11:59 pm on the Census date. If you withdraw after these dates, you will remain liable for the cost of HECS-HELP or tuition fees.
Semester 1 courses: 31 March 2017
Semester 2 courses: 31 August 2017
Trimester 1 courses: 20 February 2017
Trimester 2 courses: 12 June 2017
Trimester 3 courses: 25 September 2017
Summer 1 courses: 16 December 2016
Summer 2 courses: 16 January 2017
Summer 3 courses: 6 February 2017
Winter courses: 3 July 2017
Without academic penalty
You can withdraw from a course without academic penalty on or before 11:59 pm on the following dates:
Semester 1 courses: 2 June 2017
Semester 2 courses: 3 November 2017
Trimester 1 courses: 28 April 2017
Trimester 2 courses: 11 August 2017
Trimester 3 courses: 24 November 2017
Summer 1 courses: 3 February 2017
Summer 2 courses: 9 February 2017
Summer 3 courses: 17 February 2017
Winter courses: 14 July 2017
Withdrawing from courses involving placements
Other than in exceptional circumstances approved by your Head of School, you cannot withdraw from a placement or a course containing a placement after the date outlined in the Course Outline. See the Student Placement Policy for more information.
