Staff hire application process

If you are interested in hiring one of our facilities for a conference or event at Newcastle campus at Callaghan please:

  1. Read the University Facilities - Hire and Use Policy
  2. Read the Hire Terms and Conditions (PDF 30.2KB)
  3. Complete and return the hire application form (PDF 33.0KB) (address on form).

All applications will be assessed based on the event and the suitability of the location. Please also be aware that it is a condition of hire that you read and take note of the relevant food standards information.
