Voicemail
Our voicemail system enables callers to leave recorded messages for you when you are on the phone or out of the office.
You can access the system to retrieve your messages or leave messages for others whether you are on campus, off campus, at home or on the road. Access to your messages is protected via a unique PIN.
Accessing your voicemail
Your Cisco IP handset will display a solid red light when you have voicemail message(s).
To listen to your messages, press the "messages" button and follow the prompts. You will be asked to enter your password, which is your phone PIN. The system will guide you to set up your voicemail if this is the first time you have used it.

You can access the voicemail system from off campus by following the steps below:
- Dial 4985 4000
- When prompted, press * (located under the 7 key)
- When prompted for your ID, enter your extension number followed by the hash (#) key.
- To gain access to your voice mailbox you enter your password / PIN followed by the hash (#) key.
