Logging in to your phone
Your phone profile is portable, so you can log in to any UoN networked phone, and your name and number will be displayed, and your voicemail will be available.
How to log in

- Press the Log in button
- Using the keypad, enter your UniID (eg. abc123). To do this, press the key listing the letter or number you want until it is highlighted in the display area. For example, the key sequence required to enter the UniID abc123 is 2, 22, 222, 1, 2222, 3
- Press the down arrow and enter the PIN, which is your 5 digit extension number (eg. 54092)
- Press the Submit button and wait for the system to register your details. The screen may go blank for a few seconds before displaying your name and phone number.
