This course explores the foundational ideas and reasons for ministry in the church. It seeks to show how the ministry of discipleship evolves out of a ministry service.
| Objectives | Upon completion of this course, students will be expected to: 1. Demonstrate an understanding the meaning of baptism as a common call to ministry and discipleship for all. 2. Demonstrate an understanding of ministry having a mission beyond the church. 3. Demonstrate an understanding of the interaction between the community and the personal call to discipleship. |
