Provides exceptional students with the opportunity to tailor their study by selection of a topic relevant to their interests and experience. The topic is chosen to suit the student's background and aspirations and will be studied via directed reading, assigned project work, or participation in honours or postgraduate lectures and seminars.

Permission is needed from the Head of the Statistics discipline to enrol in this course.

Objectives The broad objective is to enhance statistical knowledge and communication skills.
