Content1. An introduction to the philosophy of Managing Quality in Health Care, with an emphasis on the Deming philosophy;
2. covers an understanding of variability through statistical thinking;
3. Explains th erole of quality improvement teams in Managing Quality in Health Care;
4. Details the seven tools of quality control;
5. Discusses the roles of standards and benchmarking;
6. Addresses regression analysis and experimental design;
