Essays / Written AssignmentsThe supervisor must review and approve at least one draft of the complete thesis/paper. This is assessed as satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Unsatisfactory drafts are required to be rewritten based on feedback from the supervisor and resubmitted until judged to be satisfactory.
With the supervisor's approval, the thesis/paper is submitted for assessment. It may be in the form of a journal article (approximately 3000 words) or in chapter form (10,000 words or more). The thesis/paper is marked by two examiners and the student's final mark is the average of the examiners' assessments.
