Provides support to the student to continue the groundwork conducted in Minor Thesis Part I, working with the same supervisor. Part II requires the completion of the activities that will be described in the Methods section of the thesis, up to but not including data analysis. This may involve sampling, data collection, detailed literature searching and development of measurement instruments.
Students may enrol in Minor Thesis Part II only and complete the remaining parts in subsequent semesters, or may enrol in one or more of the remaining parts concurrently.

ContentGuided by their supervisors, with whom they make regular contact either personally or by telephone or e-mail, students implement the methodology of their research project. This may involve but is not restricted to the development and implementation of a sampling strategy, data collection, development of measurement instruments, or implementation of a detailed literature search. | |
