LLB courses are only available to students enrolled in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree programs.
Permits students who compete as members of Newcastle Law School teams in national and international legal skills competitions to have their skills assessed and acknowledged. Promotes and develops students' advocacy, mooting, client interviewing, negotiation, and associated communication skills through preparation for and participation in a variety of intermural skills based competitions.
Available competitions include the National and International Client Interviewing competitions, the National and International Negotiation competitions, the International Commercial Online Dispute Resolution Moot, the Commonwealth Moot, Sir Harry Gibbs National Mooting Competition, Philip Jessup International Moot, the Jean Pictet International Humanitarian Law Moot and the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
