Professional Practice I
Professional Practice 1 provides knowledge and experience of those core professional skills which are related to work in a range of professions. Through the use of experiential-based learning, professional roles and ethical practice are explored.

On successful completion of the course students will be able to:
1. Gain more knowledge and awareness of areas of study within a range of degree programs.
2. Develop an understanding of assessment procedures utilised at the University of Newcastle.
3. Develop skills in applying evidence.
4. Develop skills in team and confidence building and time management skills.
Through the use of experiential-based learning, professional roles and ethical practice are explored.
To enrol in this course, students must be active in the Yapug Program.
