Manage the whole needs analysis task efficiently within the context of the workplace and the system.
Determine and respond to the needs for a course or set of learning programs for stakeholders and clients in a specified situation

Develop a course/learning program structure appropriate to the specified situation
Prepare and document all the resource requirements of the course/program
Identify and document career/educational pathways
Develop course/program monitoring arrangements
Produce a full course/program proposal
Manage the design and development of the course/program efficiently
Analyse and evaluate competency application through curriculum in relation to current literature

This course examines curriculum and competency applications in vocational education and training. It develops the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and manage needs analyses, develop learner profiles, identify, develop, monitor and manage course/program proposals. Additionally, the course provides the opportunity to reflect on and reconstruct competencies, curriculum and training courses.
