This course offers advanced study in journalism through explorations of the nexus between theory and practice. Through a variety of assigned and self-directed learning tasks, students will develop and use advanced research, interviewing and writing skills to prepare work targeted at specific audiences. Students will develop advanced problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of ethical issues pertinent to journalism.
