Art History and Theory: Images and Interpretation

Introduces a variety of theoretical approaches to the interpretation of images. Investigates a range of critical theories in art history and contemporary art. Encourages students to develop a specific cultural, theoretical and historical awareness of the underpinnings of their own chosen creative direction(s).
