This course examines issues affecting the contemporary sports management environment. It investigates sports management at a macro, industry and organisational level. The course highlights a number of the critical aspects that entrepreneurs in sport need to understand before entering into the competitive sports business domain.

Content

The course investigates current management issues for sporting organisations and applies a multi-disciplinary focus, including organisational behaviour, human resources management, finance and marketing.
