Construction entrepreneurship deals with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to assemble resources including innovations, finance and business acumen in an effort to transform innovations into economic goods.

Objectives On Completion of this course, you will have:
- Developed and critically appraised a strategic management plan for a construction company
- Developed an understanding of the financial management of a construction company
- Incorporated ethical practices in the operations of a construction company
- Acquired an increased awareness of different entrepreneurship approaches
