Volunteering



Strong communities are created and sustained when their members are civically engaged with a dedicated sense of social responsibility. The University seeks to foster civic engagement as a graduate attribute for our students and a personal goal for our staff.

Volunteering provides opportunities for the community to engage with the University and utilise our strongest resource – our students and staff. If you are a member of an organisation that needs volunteers please email us at engage@newcastle.edu.au or visit CareerHub to register your volunteering opportunity.
