Tai Chi Courses in Newcastle & Central Coast

Want to reduce your stress, improve your fitness, and enhance your overall wellbeing? The slow controlled movements of Tai Chi will invigorate your body and soul. We have a range of courses to suit beginners and intermediate learners. Details of our course structure and different course levels are here.

Learn 8 Form Yang Style Tai Chi and the 16 Form Yang Style Tai Chi. It's a beginners' class, so everyone is welcome.

You will learn the 18 Form Chen Style Tai Chi in this class, suitable for people who have learned 16 Form Yang style or have previous Tai Chi experience.

You will learn the Tai Chi Gongfu Fan, suitable for intermediate students who have completed 24 Form Yang Style Tai Chi.

Tai Chi Club is a free opportunity for all Tai Chi students to practise together in a social, fun and relaxed environment.
