Why Father-Inclusive Practice?
Support for the inclusion of fathers in early intervention services comes from a number of approaches. Four avenues are explored within the Framework: the reasons given by practitioners in the field; the argument from an equity perspective; the evidence from studies of children’s wellbeing; and, the line of reasoning from the perspective of national goals and targets.
