Competencies for Including Fathers

Broad categories of competency were developed from discussions with agencies and services across sectors. Using these categories as a guide, selected contexts for father-inclusive practice were workshopped at the Forum. The resulting competencies included here are offered as a sample of the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for father-inclusive practice.
