Directors of the Centre
The directors are responsible for the managment of the Centre and are the following:

The Centre Advisory Committee
The CAC advises the Directors on policy of the Centre so as to achieve its aims; it advises and comments on operations as required; it reviews progress in research. teaching and community service against the aims; and it makes recommendations to the Directors and/or PVC(IT) and/or PVC(Research) as appropriate. It meets twice a year and is made up of the following people:
The centre is located within the Faculty of Science and IT (University of Newcastle) for administrative purposes. Reporting on the Centre is via the IT Committee and the Pro Vice Chancellor (IT).
Industry Associates
The Minerva Group of companies and the HunterTech IT Consortium are regional IT industry development groups with particular interest in the Centre, and therefore have representation on the CAC.
The Centre also has diverse industry partners through its research projects which include CE-Solutions, NSW Health, Cyberwolf, and Laeta.
