After completing his degree specialising in recreation and tourism, David was snapped up by the Newcastle Port Corporation, where he’s one of their rising stars.

His job is to promote our beautiful city to the world and he’s loving every minute of it.

Frequently travelling overseas, he spends a lot of time talking to cruise line operators to schedule stopovers in Newcastle. David has even won a young achiever award for his efforts.
