Singapore Alumni Chapter

The first group of Singaporean graduates from University of Newcastle dates back from the late 1960s. The University of Newcastle Alumni was inaugurated on the 25th of October 2003 to provide an avenue for graduates and friends of the University to renew old friendships and find new ones, to maintain their ties with their Alma mater and also to strengthen the ties between the community in Singapore and the university.

An annual Alumni dinner is hosted by the Chapter in conjunction with the University’s graduation ceremony in Singapore each November. It is a great opportunity to meet senior University staff and to reconnect with Alumni and new graduates.
