Welcome

The School of Environmental and Life Science (SELS) offers a wide choice of undergraduate programs across many discipline areas, with programs hosted across two campuses - Callaghan and Ourimbah.

Our academic staff are experts in their fields who are internationally respected and recognised. They are passionate researchers and teachers who seek to engage their students using modern practice and technologies, with much of their undergraduate teaching directly informed by their research work.

Many staff work closely with industry and government partners to help find solutions to the many complex problems affecting society today. These connections afford students the opportunity to directly gain work experience with an employer during their studies, helping them to be more competitive for employment when they graduate.

Your time within SELS will be professionally and personally rewarding and will allow you to build your skills and friendships for the future. Our staff are always willing to assist students with any issues they may encounter during their studies so please do not hesitate to make contact with us.
