Professor Darren RivettThe School of Health Sciences is one of the most diverse Schools in the University, offering a wide range of health professional programs across two local campuses and one in Singapore.

We pride ourselves on producing health professionals ready to immediately enter the workforce on graduation and who are committed to multi-professional health care. Our graduates are highly sought after in the health sector and our programs are well respected within their professions.

Undergraduate programs are currently offered in:

  • Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (Singapore)
  • Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy)
  • Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Oral Health
  • Physiotherapy
  • Podiatry

Postgraduate study is also available in: 

  • Workplace Health and Safety
  • Family Studies
  • Dental Therapy

Research Higher Degree programs (Masters and PhD) are also available in each of the disciplines. Further options in postgraduate study for professionals in the health sciences are planned for introduction in the near future.

The School has grown substantially in recent years in terms of both the range and size of its programs. In the next phase, the School intends to grow its research productivity while maintaining its focus on quality health professional education.
