WHAT THE REGISTRATION FEE COVERS
The registration fee entitles delegates to:
- attend all conferences sessions
- access all conference publications
- conference satchel
- program and abstract book/USB
- attend the Welcome Reception (on Sunday evening, 6pm to 8pm)
- morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- Cancellations made before 12 June 2016 will incur an AUD$100.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on or after the 13 June 2016 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
Social events held during the conference will be an opportunity to establish contacts and network with others in a relaxed atmosphere. Further details will be made available shortly.
These events will include:
- Welcome Reception (included in fee): Sunday 10 July – 6.00 to 8.00pm
- Restaurant Night: Monday 11 July – 7.00 to 9.00pm
Various small group options are available. Price includes two course meal. Drinks can be purchased individually.
- Conference Dinner AUD$80 per person: Tuesday 12 July – 7.00 to 10.00pm
- Closing Function AUD$30 per person: Thursday 14 July – 5.00 to 7.00pm
