Christmas Computer


IT Support Over the Christmas Period

IT Services will offer limited support during the University Christmas Closedown including; rectification of priority 1 outages, limited telephone support via the 17triplezero IT Service Desk, and planned project work, however there will be no on-site desktop support and business hours will be reduced.

Opening hours for the 17triplezero IT Service Desk are:

22 - 24 Dec 2008;
9am to 5pm

25 Dec 2008 - 4 Jan 2009;
No service - University Closedown Period

5 - 6 Jan 2009;
9am to 5pm

7 Jan 2009;
Normal service resumes at 8am.
