Adding citations to a Word document
There are several methods for inserting references from your Library into a Word document. For each of these methods, you must first position your cursor at the place in your Word document where you want the in-text citation to be inserted.
The following 2 methods are the most commonly used:
Other methods, such as copy and paste, and drag and drop, are also available for including references from your Library into a Word document.
Once a reference has been inserted, an in-text citation and bibliography entry will be created in your Word document. If this does not happen automatically it may mean that instant formatting is not switched on.
Some styles also require you to insert citations into footnotes.
