Biography

Michael worked as a lawyer with medium sized national law firm Middletons Lawyers in Sydney from 1999 to 2006. He then worked as in-house counsel at Diageo Australia Limited in 2006 before starting a boutique law firm with 2 other partners in 2007 until 2010.

Since 2010, Michael has worked as a lecturer at the University of Newcastle. While undertaking his Masters of Philosophy (Laws), he has worked in the Newcastle Law School as a lecturer in Commercial Law, Civil Procedure, Torts, Evidence and Legal Research.
